Botanique at Bartley condo landscaping has won Asia Pacific Property Award for Landscape Architecture (Residential) development Singapore. Its design evolve around the forest stream theme. UOL aims to bring a forest resort feel into this development. There are lots of flowing water features and green lush inside this development.

There are 2 club houses in this condo. The Hilltop club house has a dinning room at the upper level and a gym on the lower level. Beside the Hilltop club house is a water fall then symbolize the start of the stream flowing water down through the forest. The other side of the Hilltop club house is the 50 m lap pool which is like a lake on top of the mountain. So water from the lake on the mountain flow through the water fall down the forest stream into the Lazy pool in the center of the condo. There are lots of greenery around the pools area it is like the real forest. From the Lazy pool water continue to flow down stream into the Aquatic pool, Wellness pool, Foot Massage pool and end at the kids play pool where it is suppose to be the most shallow.

The second club house is in the center of the forest. This is named the forest club house. Beside the forest club house we have a dinning pavilion and a reading pavilion.

To bring the forest even closer to home, the UOL has designed for 5 sky garden terraces with high ceiling each of the tower in Blk 223, 225 and 227.
